Heimeshoff V. Hartford Life To Address When Statute Of Limitations Begins In ERISA Cases

The United States Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the case of Heimeshoff v. Hartford Life, 12-729, on October 15, 2013. In Heimeshoff the Supreme Court will address when the statute of limitations begins in ERISA cases, a subject which has caused a circuit split and much uncertainty over the past several years. The question is an important one for our clients, and Chisholm, Chisholm & Kilpatrick will be closely monitoring the outcome.
