Episode 135: 4 Reasons to go to CAVC vs BVA or Supplemental Claim Lane

A claimant can also file a supplemental claim with new and relevant evidence for readjudication by VA. Depending on the claimant’s situation, one appeal option may be better than another. On this episode of Veterans Legal Lowdown, the CCK team is discussing four reasons why veterans should appeal to the CAVC instead of taking the Supplemental Claim lane.
