CCK’S Scott Kilpatrick recently presented oral argument to a panel of three USCAVC judges at Roger Williams University Law School in the case of Chisholm v. McDonald. He argued that the Court should grant the firms petition for a writ of mandamus and order the Secretary of VA to grant paralegal access to VA’s electronic records systems. At the conclusion of arguments, the Court ruled from the bench and ordered the parties to collaborate to resolve the access issue and to report back to the Court in 30 days. Stay tuned for further developments.
