Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) are fillable forms used during a Veteran’s disability evaluation, known as a Compensation and Pension (C&P) Exam. These forms are meant to streamline disability evaluations.
These forms were designed to answer questions about the Veteran’s disability and will often detail specific symptoms, causes, severity, relations to other disabilities, all while capturing details required under the VA Schedule of Rating Disabilities.
