The National Defense Authorization Act, or NDAA, is a Department of Defense policy and spending bill that passes through Congress every year. The 2022 NDAA, which was signed into law on December 27, 2021, authorizes $770 billion for the military. The Act also includes several provisions that will greatly benefit veterans and servicemembers.
