Episode 6: How to Win Your TDIU Claim?
Total disability based on individual unemployability, or TDIU, is one of the most common claims for VA disability benefits. TDIU is awarded to veterans who are unable to secure and follow substantially gainful employment as a result of their service-connected conditions. Importantly, TDIU allows for veterans to be compensated at VA’s 100 percent disability rate, even if their combined schedular rating does not equal 100 percent.
So, how do veterans win their claims for TDIU benefits? Listen to Episode 6 of The Veterans Legal Lowdown to find out.
