Note: As of 2026, the eBenefits portal has been replaced by VA.gov, with veterans now having to log in via ID.me or Login.gov to access their benefit and claim information. However, the advice offered in this episode is still relevant to the new portal.

E-Benefits is a secure web portal created by VA and the Department of Defense that provides veterans, servicemembers, and their families self-service capabilities in managing VA and military benefits.
