Episode 149: Agent Orange Benefits for Widows, Dependents, and Survivors
The PACT Act expanded VA benefits to thousands of Vietnam War-era veterans. For veterans who have since passed away, their death can now be service connected to Agent Orange exposure. This makes their surviving spouse or dependents (i.e., children and parents) eligible for retroactive DIC benefits. On this episode of Veterans Legal Lowdown, the CCK team is discussing DIC benefits and other benefits offered to the surviving dependents of Agent Orange-exposed veterans. Be sure to tune in to learn about these survivors’ benefits and how to apply.
