NOTE: The annual cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for 2026 is an increase of 2.8 percent. The increase will take effect in December 2025. Because January 1 is a holiday, the first VA disability payment reflecting the 2026 COLA rate will be on December 31, 2025.
