Episode 149: Agent Orange Benefits for Widows, Dependents, and Survivors
CCK Law: Our Vital Role in Veterans Law
The PACT Act expanded VA benefits to thousands of Vietnam War-era veterans. For veterans who have since passed away, their death can now be service connected to Agent Orange exposure. Be sure to tune in to learn about these survivors’ benefits and how to apply.
