Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick LTD is delighted to begin 2021 with the announcement of a well-deserved promotion.

Providence-based law firm Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick LTD (CCK) is proud to announce that Bradley Hennings has been named a Partner at the firm.

About Brad Hennings, Partner

Attorney Hennings joined the firm three years ago, in January 2018, and was named Managing Attorney in the firm’s Veterans Law practice later that same year.  His professional experience as a Veterans Law Judge at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Board of Veterans’ Appeals, and his continued involvement with the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) have made Attorney Hennings a highly valued team member at CCK.

Alongside his work with CCK, Attorney Hennings currently serves on the Rules Advisory Committee of the CAVC, is the current President of the CAVC Historical Society, and is a former Chair of the Veterans Appeals Committee of the Federal Circuit Bar Association.  He is also a member of the CAVC Bar Association, the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates, and the Federal Bar Association’s Veterans and Military Law Section.

“Brad plays instrumental roles in the continued growth and success of the firm,” says CCK Founding Partner Robert Chisholm. “Not only for his professional and legal expertise, but for the leadership he provides to the CCK Team and his unwavering dedication to our clients and our mission.  The entire CCK community is proud to celebrate Brad’s fantastic achievements.”
