Episode 87: Particulate Matter Presumption

Recently, VA announced a new presumption for three respiratory conditions related to particulate matter exposure. As of August 2, 2021, VA began processing claims filed by veterans diagnosed with chronic asthma, rhinitis, and sinusitis within 10 years of a qualifying period of service in Southwest Asia and certain other areas on a presumptive basis.
