Episode 167: Denied VA Claim? Here’s How CCK Secured TDIU Benefits for This Veteran
CCK argued at the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims on behalf of a veteran client who was seeking entitlement to TDIU. This Veteran, after serving on active duty from June 1967 to 1969, was granted service connection for headaches, hearing loss, and tinnitus in 2008. His conditions worsened over time and ultimately prevented him from maintaining substantially gainful employment. However, the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA) denied him TDIU benefits. Tune in to hear how the CCK team helped the veteran successfully appeal the Board’s decision.
