CCK Law: Our Vital Role in Veterans Law

A veteran’s service-connected disability is deemed “permanent” when VA is reasonably certain, based on medical evidence, that the level of impairment will continue for the rest of the veteran’s life. If VA determines a veteran’s condition is permanent, then they are no longer required to attend reexaminations.
