Zoe Wright-Neil
Zoe Wright-Neil serves as Director of Marketing at Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick, where she leads the firm’s marketing strategy and brand initiatives in support of its mission to advocate for veterans and individuals navigating complex disability and benefits claims.
Zoe brings more than a decade of experience leading marketing and business development across professional services, SaaS, international education, and mission-driven organizations. Throughout her career, she has focused on building clear, data-informed marketing systems that strengthen visibility, support growth, and help organizations communicate their impact with integrity and purpose. At CCK, she partners closely with firm leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with client needs, firm priorities, and the values that guide the firm’s work.
Prior to joining CCK, Zoe served as Director of Marketing and Business Development at Tyton Partners, a strategy consulting firm dedicated to improving outcomes across education and workforce systems. In that role, she led firmwide marketing and business development strategy, strengthened executive visibility, and supported the firm’s growth by clarifying its positioning and expanding its national presence.
Earlier, Zoe was Head of Marketing at Money Experience, an education technology company focused on improving financial literacy program quality and access. There, she led go-to-market strategy for multiple programs and worked closely with cross-functional teams to support the organization’s mission-driven growth. She has also advised startups, nonprofits, and purpose-led organizations as an executive marketing consultant, helping leadership teams navigate rebrands, digital transformations, and market expansion.
Zoe began her career in international education, including roles at CIEE and AIL Madrid, where she led global marketing initiatives supporting educational access and cross-cultural exchange across more than 60 countries. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
Originally from Vermont, Zoe enjoys reading golden-age murder mystery novels, spending time outdoors, and visiting new countries. On weekends, she can usually be found adventuring with her husband and their Lagotto Romangolo, Trufa.
