Pia Piscitelli
Pia joined Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick in September 2025 as a Court Attorney. Her practice focuses on representing disabled veterans and their families before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Pia graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2024. During law school, Pia won the Esther Clark Moot Court Competition, was a member of the Roger Williams University Law Review’s editorial team, and was Vice President for the Association for Public Interest Law. She also externed for the Honorable Mary S. McElroy of the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island, interned with Rhode Island Center for Justice and the Center for Indigenous Peoples Rights, and served as a Rule 9 Student Attorney with the Rhode Island Public Defender. Prior to joining CCK, Pia served as a judicial law clerk for the Rhode Island Superior Court where she assisted numerous judges with research, dispositive motions, and bench decisions.
In her spare time, Pia enjoys hiking, reading, and exploring new areas.
