    Nicole Goodrich

Nicole joined CCK Law in October 2025 as the Community Engagement Lead. In this role, she designed and now leads the firm’s community engagement strategy, establishing a structured framework for partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and sustained community investment. She collaborates with veterans, veteran-serving organizations, nonprofit leaders, and private sector partners to expand awareness of veterans’ legal rights, strengthen referral pathways, and enhance access to high-quality legal advocacy. Her work emphasizes measurable collaboration, durable partnership networks, and long-term community presence by building infrastructure that supports lasting impact and reinforces CCK Law’s commitment to serving those who served.

Prior to joining CCK Law, Nicole held leadership and advisory roles with the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Agency for International Development, and Winrock International. Her career has taken her to more than 40 countries across Africa and Asia, where she facilitated multi-stakeholder initiatives, coordinated cross-sector coalitions, and led engagement efforts in complex and conflict-affected environments. Her work included convening youth and local leaders, supporting survivors of human trafficking, and advancing initiatives designed to expand access to essential services and strengthen community resilience. Across each role, she focused on translating strategy into measurable engagement and partnerships into sustained, community-centered outcomes.

Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts and her Master of Arts in International Studies from American University in Washington, D.C. and holds a Master of Education from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. She later completed advanced doctoral study in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University in Arlington, Virginia, and was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to Sierra Leone for dissertation research on gender-based violence during the civil war.

Nicole is active in several Atlanta civic and policy communities, including Common Cause Georgia, Global Atlanta, and the Atlanta Council on International Relations. Through these engagements, she continues to foster dialogue, partnership, and cross-sector collaboration reflective of her longstanding commitment to public service.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys exploring the outdoors, visiting museums, watching movies, and walking the Atlanta Beltline.
