Nick M. Scripter

Nick first joined CCK’s Providence office in May 2019 as a summer associate, then returned in October 2020 after completing his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. His practice focuses on representing disabled veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC). He also serves on the Board of Governors for the CAVC Bar Association.

While earning his J.D., Nick worked on the Northeastern University Law Review as a staff member and then a senior editor. He has prior experience at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court under Justice Kimberly J. Budd, at the Norfolk County Superior Court, and at the Bristol Country District Attorney’s Office.

Prior to law school, Nick received his B.A. in International Affairs from Northeastern University and worked in Boston as a commercial litigation paralegal.
