Katherine Jennings

Katherine Jennings joined CCK as a Summer Associate in 2024 and returned to CCK in September of 2025 as an Associate Attorney. Her practice focuses on representing disabled veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Katherine received her B.B.A. in Accounting and B.S. in Economics from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2022. She then went on to receive her J.D. from Penn State Law in 2025.

During law school, Katherine worked with the Penn State Law Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic, where she provided pro bono services to veterans filing claims with the VA. Through this experience, Katherine developed a passion for serving veterans and has brought that passion to CCK.

In her free time, Katherine enjoys reading, gardening, and watching Penn State football.
