Jonathan first joined CCK in May of 2019 as a Summer Associate and again in October of 2020. His practice focuses on representing disabled veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
In 2019, Jonathan earned his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law. During law school, Jonathan served as a Student Attorney in the RWU Law Criminal Defense Clinic; was a member of the law school’s Honor Board; completed an internship in the chambers of Rhode Island Supreme Court Justice Francis X. Flaherty; and completed an internship with the Air Force JAG Corps at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. In 2018, Jonathan also participated in the RWU Law Alternative Spring Break Program where he traveled to Puerto Rico to provide aid to residents following Hurricane Maria; he assisted residents with their FEMA claims and participated in the making of a Destruction Manual to be used by the Puerto Rican government during subsequent natural disasters.
Prior to law school, Jonathan served as a legal intern for the Franchise Contracts Department of Subway at Subway Headquarters in Milford, CT. In 2014, Jonathan earned his A.A. from the Community College of Rhode Island where he was a captain and All-Conference player on the baseball team. Jonathan would go on to join the University of Rhode Island baseball team. In 2016, Jonathan earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island, with a minor in Justice, Law, and Society. He also completed a yearlong internship at the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office.
In his free time, Jonathan enjoys golfing, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
