Ethan T. Muckelbauer
Ethan joined CCK in September 2020. He currently serves as a Lead Advocate for the Argument Team, where he assists with representing disabled veterans and their families before the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. He previously worked as an attorney with the Court Team and represented claimants before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Ethan is also the current director of the Veterans Disability Field Clinic at Roger Williams University School of Law. He instructs and supervises student attorneys while they learn veterans law and work on CCK cases, representing veterans before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Prior to joining CCK, Ethan worked as a law clerk for the judges of the Rhode Island Superior Court. He earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, graduating cum laude, and completed internships with the Metropolitan St. Louis Equal Housing and Opportunity Council and the National Center for Lesbian Rights.
In his free time, Ethan performs comedy and enjoys cooking, running, and exploring New England.
