Emma L. Peterson

Emma’s practice at Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick focuses on representing military veterans in their claims for VA disability benefits before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals.

Emma is graduate of Connecticut College, where she earned a B.A. in Government. She also attended Roger Williams University School of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, Emma was in the Honors Program and was a member of the Trial Team. Prior to joining Chisholm Chilsholm & Kilpatrick, she was an associate with the law firm of Coia & Lepore, Ltd., where she practiced civil litigation, probate matters, and landlord tenant law. She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Rhode Island Association for Justice.
