Aimee M. Demby

Aimee joined CCK as a Summer Associate in 2024 and returned in September 2025 as an Associate Attorney. Her practice focuses on assisting disabled veterans before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Aimee earned a B.B.A., from Texas State University in 2016, majoring in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. She later went on to earn her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2025. During law school, Aimee was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, served as President of Outlaw, became a certified mediator, and participated in legal clinics at the University of Houston Law Center, serving indigent court litigants. Aimee interned with the Texas Office of the Attorney General.

In her spare time, Aimee enjoys reading, food, watching (and discussing) movies, and Bravo.
