Abby Cook

Abby joined Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick in September 2025 as a Court Attorney. Her practice focuses on representing disabled veterans before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Abby graduated magna cum laude from Wheaton College, Massachusetts with a B.A. in Political Science. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law in May of 2025.

During law school, Abby was an active member of Moot Court, earning awards such as Runner-up Best Oral Advocate and Runner-up Best On and Off Brief at the 28^th Annual Esther Clark Moot Court Competition. In her final year, she participated in CCK’s Veterans Disability Appeals Field Clinic and RWU’s Prisoners’ Rights Litigation Clinic as a student attorney.

In her free time, Abby enjoys yoga, drawing, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
