Can I make an appointment?
We have offices in Providence, RI, Houston, TX, San Antonio, TX, and Atlanta, Georgia. Our firm is able to assist veterans no matter where they live. For convenience, we offer remote appointments. You do not have to visit our office for CCK to represent you.
How much do you charge?
LTD Fees
For long-term disability claims, CCK offers flexible arrangements. Our firm offers a flat, contingent, or retainer-based fee structures.
VA Fees
CCK’s Veterans Law practice operates on a contingency fee basis, meaning clients only pay if we successfully secure benefits on their behalf. This fee is a percentage of the retroactive benefits awarded, so veterans can access legal representation without upfront costs. Any future benefits payments are for the veteran to keep. VA disability attorneys are bound by VA regulations to a maximum fee of 33.3% of retroactive benefits secured.
