Michelle Santos

Michelle joined CCK in March 2019. She became a VA Accredited Claims Agent in August 2022.

Michelle completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Justice Studies with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) in May 2018. She then completed her Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Public Safety Administration from SNHU in October 2019.

In her undergraduate program, Michelle was the President of the Psychology Student Association, Vice President of the Student Government Association, and a Research Assistant for the Psychology Department. Michelle completed a summer internship in 2017 at the John H Sununu Youth Services Center as a treatment coordinator on the Girls Unit.
