Court Finds That Board Failed To Discuss Veteran’s Testimony

CCK recently appealed a Board of Veterans’ Appeals decision that denied a veteran entitlement to service connection for shingles with neurological manifestations. The Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims agreed with CCK’s argument that the Board erred when it failed to address private treatment records that included the Veteran’s complaints of lesions appearing across his body and a rash on his face, and failed to address whether those records warranted a new examination.
