CCK Wins Case For Veteran’s Widow

Ten years ago, CCK began representing an Army veteran seeking service connection for a back condition and a rare neurological condition that rendered him wheelchair-bound.  CCK obtained favorable medical evidence in support of his case, but VA developed negative evidence against the claim.  Sadly, after many years of fighting, the veteran passed away in 2013.  Nonetheless, CCK has persistently continued to push his claim forward on behalf of his widow.  This week CCK finally won a grant of over ten years’ worth of retroactive benefits, resulting in an award of about half a million dollars for the widow.
