CCK Wins 10 Years Of Benefits For Army Veteran

CCK has won a grant of benefits from the Board of Veterans’ Appeals on behalf of a client who served in the Army in the 1970s and 1980s.  In 2013, CCK won the veteran’s case at the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the Court remanded the case to the Board of Appeals.  At the Board the veteran won both TDIU benefits dating back to 2007 and an increased rating for his left ankle condition.  The Veteran had been seeking these benefits for ten years.
