Jordyn A. Coad
Jordyn joined Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick in September of 2017 as an Associate Attorney. Her practice focuses on representing disabled veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Jordyn earned a B.A. in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin in 2012. In 2016, she earned her J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law. During law school, Jordyn was a member of the Journal of Gender, Social Policy, and the Law and a Teaching Fellow with the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. Jordyn was a student attorney with the Disability Rights Law Clinic where she represented children and families in special education cases as well as individuals seeking disability benefits.
Jordyn completed internships with the Alexandria Public Defender and the Pro Bono Institute. She also served as a Dean’s Fellow for the Project on Addressing Prison Rape. Prior to joining CCK, Jordyn was a Judicial Law Clerk with the Delaware Family Court.
In her free time, Jordyn enjoys traveling and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Stella.
