Daniel Marusak

Dan is a combat Veteran who served as an infantry platoon leader in Afghanistan from 2011 to 2012. He is now an associate at Chisholm, Chisholm & Kilpatrick. His practice focuses on representing disabled veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Dan graduated from Providence College in 2009 with a degree in political science. He received a commission as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army in 2009, and has served as an infantry officer in the Massachusetts Army National Guard since that time. After completing one year of law school, Dan deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom as a platoon leader to Kunar Province, Afghanistan. Following this deployment, he returned to law school, and graduated cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2014.
