Dana N. Weiner

Dana joined CCK in 2015 an Associate Attorney.  Her practice focuses on representing disabled veterans before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Dana received her B.A. from Duke University in 2011 and her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2015.  During law school, Dana was on the Law Review Board, in the Honors Program, and the Vice President of the Multicultural Law Students Association.  She gained practical experience as a National Grid/Robinson & Cole Summer Fellow and as a law clerk at a local full-service law firm.  She also gained courtroom experience as an intern in the chambers of Chief Judge William E. Smith of the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island and at the Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General.  She is a certified mediator.Dana’s hobbies include reading, baking, traveling, and playing with her French bulldog puppy.
