Dana Weiner

Dana is an associate at Chisholm, Chisholm & Kilpatrick where her practice focuses on representing disabled veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Dana graduated from Duke University where she earned a BA in Public Policy. After graduation, Dana became a probation contractor at the United States Probation Office for the District of Puerto Rico.

Dana then earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she served on the Law Review Board. During law school, Dana gained practical experience as a National Grid/Robinson & Cole Summer Fellow and as a law clerk at a local full-service law firm. She also gained courtroom experience as an intern in the chambers of Chief Judge William E. Smith of the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island and at the Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General. She is a certified mediator.

Dana enjoys reading, interior design, playing with her miniature Shar Pei puppy, spending time with her family and friends, and cheering on the Blue Devils.
