Christian McTarnaghan

Christian is an associate at Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick and his practice area focuses on Veterans Benefits. He represents disabled veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Christian received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Colby College majoring in Government. He also attended Suffolk University Law School where he received his J.D. cum laude. During law school he was an articles editor of the Suffolk University Law Review and a member of the Foreign Direct Investment Moot Arbitration team.

While a member of the Law Review, Christian published a note on the history of the preliminary injunction standard in Massachusetts and Delaware, suggesting that a new standard should be adapted to reflect the modern practice of law. His note can be found at 47 Suffolk U. L. Rev. 871 (2014). While in law school Christian also interned for the Honorable Chief Justice Judith C. Cutler of the Massachusetts land court and a small litigation firm in New Hampshire.
