Christian A. McTarnaghan

Christian joined Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick as an Associate Appellate Attorney in 2014.  His practice focuses on representing disabled veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Christian earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Colby College in 2008.  Between receiving his undergraduate degree and the start of law school, Christian worked as a litigation case assistant at a law firm in Boston.  There, he worked with the litigation department’s associates and partners to prepare cases for trial and with general litigation tasks.Christian began his legal studies at Suffolk University Law School in 2011 and graduated, cum laude, in 2014.  During law school, he was a member and Lead Article Editor for the Suffolk University Law Review where he published a note on the preliminary injunction standard.  He also participated in the Foreign Direct Investment Moot Arbitration competition in Frankfurt, Germany.  While in law school, Christian interned for Chief Judge Judith Cutler of the Massachusetts Land Court and for the litigation department of Orr & Reno, P.A., in Concord New Hampshire.
